Chatham Magazine Best of 2024 Winner!

Go check out page 114 in Chatham Magazine’s 2024 Best Of to see that Heart Song Farm was voted Best Florist (along side a few other worthy recipients)! Farmer Emily was blown away by even being put in the line up to be voted for, so when we were voted to the top, tears of joy were had! https://chathammagazinenc.com/sept-oct-2024/

It’s not easy being a Flower Farmer Florist. This means a few things. First, for us, it means growing everything that we use. Some folks in this bracket do order flowers that they don’t grow or order flowers that are out of season. Farmer Emily is a purist and only uses her flowers or in a pinch, flowers from a neighboring flower farm. Second, it means the clients that pick the farm feel the same moral calling to use local sustainable flowers. That’s a niche market in a world that “needs” everything at their fingertips NOW. The clients that seek us out tend to be the most delightful and soul filled folks. It’s a blessing. Third, being a small farm, for bigger events, it’s an all hands on deck. Emily’s daughters know how to bend and flex when things get crazy and how to help out!

For the year 2025, the farm is not taking on many events due to reformatting. Farms are living breathing beings that are constantly morphing. This year, you’ll see more events on farm instead! Keep an eye out for an exciting announcement about these events. Think: flowers, shedding fears, celebrating your inner princess warrior, surrounding yourself with beauty, and reminding yourself that YOU are beautiful.

Feel free to contact Farmer Emily with your event to see if it lines up with the schedule, limited availability. emily@heartsongfarmnc.com

Chatham Magazine throws a great party for all the winners. I was lucky enough to have my best friend since college, Laura Potter Moran, fly in from Nashville to be my date! We had a blast and it was fun to introduce her to so many of my friends at the party!
